Inverness-born Robert MacKenzie was first taken to an outdoor climbing wall when he was three years old and started entering competitions when he was nine. Winning the British Lead Climbing Championships four times and a former GB junior climbing team member.
Robert’s enthusiasm and support of young climbers perusing their passion in his current role as Regional development Officer for West of Scotland for ClimbScotland has seen him scoop this award.
